Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of all or part of the reservation by Guest, BRR agrees to refund the rental deposits to guest if and only if the property is re-rented to another quality Guest for the entire cancelled period under substantially the same terms and conditions as included herein. In the event of the foregoing, any refund will be less 20% of the total rent which shall be retained as a cancellation fee. It is also understood by the parties that should the owner of the property sell the property or otherwise remove it from the market and the owner will not honor the rental agreement then all monies will be returned to the Guest. Should this happen Guest agrees that BRR and owner will have no further obligation to the Guest. Traveller’s Insurance is offered by various companies for your protection regarding cancellations due to sickness, etc.
